You should have used a different Organ sample. Other than that it's good. Perhaps if you extended the intro a little bit too. Also there's a quality problem. It starts to crackle when too many samples are playing. This usually happens when you got two of the same instrument on the same sound channel... from my experience at least, but you still get an 8 because it's creative and sounds nice aside from the nitpicks.

If there was 'one' thing I could nitpic at this for, it would be that the version you sent me has higher quality. Lol ^_^.

Wrong focus

You're too focused on the bass and rythem, and not nearly enough on the melody.
I suggest you actually try and resubmit this one when you alter it.
At one 1:10, start putting in more melody layers. Something more pronounced than your current samples. It's pretty good, just needs more layers.

maybe because its hardstyle... scooter produces a harder style of trance. Hardstyle isnt so popular on NG so maybe thats why it sounds like scooter :).
