I think it came out nicely.
I didn't like the middle intermission too much.
That's alright though. The rest of it made up for it.

Good but..

I'll agree it's too synthy. You have a good percussion beat and not too bad bass beat. Try using some guitar sounds? I don't know.
I'm not sure what program your using, but I'm sure you could make this into some good rock style music.

A little trick BR showed me.
It'll clear up the scratchyness.
Otherwise good. Hopefully you'll fix the sound before people give you low votes :S
